GLORY 109 Tickets on Sale NOW

Following on from the incredible COLLISION 9 earlier this month, GLORY returns with yet another unmissable event at the end of the summer. GLORY 109 takes place September 5 from the RTM Stage in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with tickets going on sale today from 12pm CET from GLORYKickboxing.com. 

GLORY double champ Chico Kwasi (46-6-2, 23 KO) will defend his GLORY welterweight world championship in the main event in a trilogy fight against top Bulgarian Teodor Hristov (20-5, 8 KO). 

Kwasi, who recently captured the middleweight title, aims to avenge his loss to Hristov in a non-title bout during the COLLISION 8 welterweight tournament. Hristov will take confidence out of this victory over the champ and will aim to become the first Bulgarian champion in GLORY history. 

A gigantic heavyweight clash will take place at GLORY 109 as former interim heavyweight champion Tariq ‘Cookie’ Osaro (31-5-1, 17 KO) collides with the legend Errol ‘The Bonecrusher’ Zimmerman (112-21-1, 45 KO). Both behemoths are known for the heavy fists and power, making for a potential explosive fight that could end at any moment. 

Also happening at GLORY 109 are the Welterweight Proving Grounds. Several match-ups will take place where fighters aim to impress with breakout performances, emphatic finishes, and dazzling displays, in order to put their names forward for the GLORY welterweight eight-man grand prix at the end of the year.

Confirmed match-ups include; a bad blooded affair between Figuereido Landman (15-2, 12 KO) and rival Mohammed Boutasaa (20-3, 4 KO), Germany’s Valentin Knau (43-3, 20 KO) takes on Spain’s Mohammed Hamdi (22-5, 10 KO), Croatia’s Antonio Krajinovic (4-1, 2 KO) meets Italian viral sensation Michael Samperi (37-3, 19 KO), and Turkish veteran Vedat Hoduk (51-6-1, 31 KO) faces old foe Serbia Nikola Todorovic (31-4, 17 KO).
